By accessing or using RevLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

RevLink is a car meet and automotive event discovery platform that allows users to:

• Discover and browse car meets and automotive events
• Create and promote events
• RSVP to events and see who's attending
• Communicate with other attendees via event chat
• Create a profile showcasing their vehicles ("Garage")
• Connect with the car enthusiast community

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by signing in with a third-party provider (e.g., Google, Facebook).

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not use another person's account without permission
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"), including event details, photos, chat messages, and profile information. By posting User Content, you grant RevLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Promotes illegal activities, including street racing on public roads
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is sexually explicit or promotes violence
• Discriminates based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

5. Event Guidelines

When creating or attending events through RevLink:

• Event creators are responsible for ensuring events comply with local laws
• RevLink does not organize, sponsor, or endorse any events listed on the platform
• Users attend events at their own risk
• Do not post events that promote illegal street racing or dangerous activities
• Event information should be accurate and up-to-date
• Respect private property and obtain necessary permissions for event locations

6. Community Standards

RevLink is committed to fostering a positive community. Users must:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Not spam or flood chats with promotional content
• Not attempt to circumvent bans or suspensions

7. Intellectual Property

The RevLink name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and software are owned by RevLink and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
